New constructions are coming up for sale

Seven vacation homes are planned to be constructed by Otnes Brygge. This area holds a rich history, which leads to the architects who drew inspiration from old traditions and local building styles. At the same time, they've ensured that the residences will be modern and fitting for our times, a fact reflected in the project's development. The aim is to create a building environment that appears organically grown, yet has been strategically planned with considerations such as views, sunlight, microclimate, and neighbors.

The living rooms in these buildings will face the ocean, featuring large windows overlooking the sea to let in ample sunlight. Additionally, there will be cozy and partly private outdoor areas, allowing residents to enjoy both long and short views of the sea combined with evening sun, both indoors and outdoors.
